CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure every client receives the full PXP experience, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking. All policies below are strictly enforced. Please plan accordingly. Deposits • A 45% deposit of the total service is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled last-minute or the client does not show. • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled according to the policy below. Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals within this window will incur a $15 late fee, added to your service total (in addition to your deposit). • Arrivals between 10–15 minutes late may receive a basic set only (solid color, no designs) to stay on schedule. • Arriving 15 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation. • Please communicate your ETA if you are running late. Failure to notify may result in immediate cancellation. Rescheduling • Appointments may be rescheduled at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time. Reschedules made within this timeframe may transfer your deposit to the new appointment based on my availability. • Rescheduling less than 3 hours prior will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Same-Day Cancellations • If an appointment is cancelled on the same day and you do not intend to reschedule, your deposit is non-refundable as the time was reserved specifically for you. No Call / No Show • Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit. I reserve the right to charge the remaining balance of the scheduled service to the card on file and may revoke future booking privileges. Private Suite & Guest Policy • PXP Creative Studio is a private suite. Additional guests are not permitted unless receiving a scheduled service. • If you must bring a minor, please advise me in advance so that I can prepare accordingly. • This ensures a calm, professional, and uninterrupted experience for all clients. Service Adjustments / Upgrades • If you would like to add extra services, designs, or length during your appointment, please let me know in advance so I can reserve enough time.
